This writ petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to direct the second respondent to conclude the inquiry by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.05.2022.

2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the wife of one Chandrasekaran. There is a family dispute pending between the petitioner and her husband, the petitioner gave a complaint to the second respondent Police. Thereafter, the respondent Police issued C.S.R.No.106 of 2022 on 17.05.2022. Since no enquiry has been conducted, the present writ petition has been filed. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that on receiving the complaint, the respondent Police has given C.S.R.No.106 of 2022 on 17.05.2022 and the matter is under enquiry. The respondent Police seeks time to complete the enquiry.

5.Recording the same, the second respondent police is hereby directed to conduct enquiry in the matter and take suitable action on merits in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
