Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of new patta in his favour in respect of the petition mentioned land. He gave an application dated 08.04.2022.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that as on date, patta stands in the name of the petitioner and others. Unless the petitioner is able to produce the relevant materials, separate patta cannot be issued.

4. The respondent is directed to enquire into the matter and pass final order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
