ORDER

The petitioner challenges the impugned corrigendum dated 05.05.2025 issued by the first respondent whereby a condition was prescribed for qualifying the technical bid that the bidder have own Central Hot Mixing Plant. The tender notification dated 16.05.2025 and the tender period is valid for six months and as of today, the tender period has expired. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

2. Accordingly this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 03-06-2026 Index :Yes / No NCC :Yes / No PJL 2/4
