Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned application and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the respondent to pass order one way or the other. 3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
