Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that survey No.670/4A1 had been wrongly classified into survey No.670/413. The erroneous sub-division will have to be set right and only thereafter separate patta can be issued in favour of the writ petitioner. It is undertaken that this exercise can be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent is directed to take appropriate action in this regard and separate patta shall be issued to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
