ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file discharge petition before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. The learned District Munsif Judicial Magistrate Court, Peravurani, Thanjavur District, after appearance of the accused, is directed to take steps to commit the case to the Sessions Court, within a period of one month from the date of appearance of the accused. After committal, the petitioner is at liberty to file discharge petition before the concerned Sessions Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
