For Respondent : Mr.R.Erottuchamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 1388 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A-1 & A-2 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 379 of IPC r/w Section 21(1) of Tamil Nadu Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulations) Act, in Crime No.1388 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners said to have illegally transported three units of river sand by using Mahindra Bolero Pickup bearing Regn. No.TN61-A-0220. Hence, a case has been registered.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

CRL OP(MD). No.11748 of 2020 4.In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13334 of 2020 etc., batch, dated 03.09.2020 by the Principal Bench of this Court at Madras, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
