2.It is stated that the petitioner has also completed Ph.D from Bharatidasan University, Trichy District in the month of August 2005. The petitioner prayed before this Court to direct the respondents to re-consider the case of the petitioner on the basis of his higher qualification which is equivalent to the National Eligibility Test (NET). Therefore, the petitioner is given liberty to approach the respondents for re-employment. 3.In view of the above, the petitioner is hereby directed to give a representation to the respondents within a one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the said representation.

4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
