RESPONDENTS Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in O.Mu.No.5472/2021/P2, dated 14.06.2022 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take an appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2021 within the stipulated time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble high Court.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.GOVINDARAJAN, Advocate for MR.B.PONNUPANDI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The second respondent is directed to file an affidavit before this court to clarify if the petition mentioned land occupied by the third respondent is formed part of the road on road margin. If that be so, the second respondent will have to necessarily take action in accordance with law.
