respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.23 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.2 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy. Therefore, Non- Bailable Warrant (NBW) came to be issued against him. On this sole ground alone, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
