ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.22 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner assured the defacto complainant to avail loan and received a commission of Rs.5 1⁄2 lakhs and thereafter cheated him. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4. It is seen that there are four accused in this case and the petitioner herein is arrayed as A1. The petitioner assured the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.9855 of 2023 defacto complainant to avail loan and received a commission of Rs.5 1⁄2 lakhs . Further the petitioner also involved in two similar type of offence, therefore custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required in this case, hence this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
