When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 represented that the respondent police has conducted investigation and after investigation, since prima facie materials available as against the petitioner, they filed final report before the Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Madurai and the same was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.85 of 2022.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate and no materials available before this Court in respect of final report, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
