M.Nadhan : Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider petitioners representation dated 19.09.2016 and to directing the respondents for removing the encroachment of the Cart road from Dindugul-Trichy National Highways (NH45) to Semmalai Reserved Forest by way of Naduppatti, Sooramadai Villages and consequently directing the Respondents 1 to 5 to take steps to laying the Thar Road.

O R D E R
*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner submitted a comprehensive representation, requesting the respondents 1 to 5 to take action for removal of encroachment and to lay a thar road.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to remove the encroachment.
3. We direct the Tahsildar, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 19 September, 2016, treating it as a representation specifically for the purpose of removal of encroachment. Such exercise shall be completed, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to point out that notice should be issued to the sixth respondent before passing orders in the matter.
4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
