Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J. LAWRANCE, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioners to relax the condition imposed on them by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7602 of 2024, dated 23.05.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioners have complied with the condition for 29 days. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7602 of 2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and co-operate for the investigation.
