2.The petitioner made a request to the Chairman, Railway Board, Government of India to allot additional stoppage to halt and stop all Mails/Express/Super fast trains, which are passing through Nanguneri Railway Station, Tirunelveli District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Though the said request was found not feasible by the Head
Quarters Office, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even as per the communication, dated 25.10.2016, the competent authority to take the decision is the Chairman, Railway Board, Government of India.
4.In such view of the matter, we direct the petitioner to send another copy of the representation, dated 11.06.2016 to the Chairman, Railway Board, Government of India, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the Chairman, Railway Board, Government of India is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.
5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
