ORDER

Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 2.The petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2020 seeking revision of pay has not been considered by the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

W.P(MD)No.14726 of 2020 Counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner dated 17.09.2020 is directed to be disposed of, within a stipulated time limit.

4.In view of the limited relief sought for, this Court, without expressing anything on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2020 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
