ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 427 and 506(i) I.P.C, in Crime No.390 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that apart from this case, the petitioner has involved in nine previous cases. By referring the same, the earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this Court on 19.07.2021 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.9370 of 2021.

3.Considering the antecedents of the petitioner and also there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
