ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the docket order passed by the learned I Additional District Munsif, Trichy made in I.A.No.04 of 2025 in O.S.No.147 of 2025 dated 28.04.2025
2. The petitioner herein filed a suit in O.S.No.147 of 2025 before the learned District Munsif, Trichirappalli, seeking declaration and mandatory injunction. Pending suit, the petitioner filed a petition in I.A.No.4 of 2025 before the learned I Additional District Munsif, Trichy and the said interlocutory application has not been disposed of till date.
3. In view of the urgency, if any appointment made by the respondents during the pendency of the case would cause serious hardship to the petitioner. He would further submit that this Court may issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the petition in I.A.No.04 of 2025 in O.S.No.147 of 2025 within a reasonable time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objections.

In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that without going into the merits of the case, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the learned I Additional District Munsif, Trichy, to dispose of the petition in I.A.No.04 of 2025 in O.S.No.147 of 2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the respondents within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 12.06.2025 Internet:Yes/No Index:Yes/No TSG To 1.The I Additional District Munsif, Trichy.
