ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 294(b) IPC and Section 3(1) of TN PPDL Act, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners had damaged CCTC cameras installed in public place and therefore, the present case came to be registered.
3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that this is the second anticipatory bail application. The petitioner has not indulged in any offence as alleged in the first information report. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has six previous cases to his credit and on this ground, the earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this Court.

CRL OP(MD)No.11876 of 2021 5.Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, dismissal of the earlier bail petitions on this ground and there is no change in circumstance, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6.In fine, this petition is dismissed.
