Respondent Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to this Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 439 (1)(b) of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition No.3 of the order dated 31.05.2023 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai in Crl.M.P.No.1613 of 2023 in Crime No.107 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.LENINKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Today, the matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned Counsel for the petitioner stating that this Court, by order dated 08.06.2023, has deleted the condition No.3 imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai, in Cr.M.P.No.1613 of 2023, dated 31.05.2023 and now, the petitioner seeks extension of time to comply with the order of the trial Court. 2.Heard both sides and perused the order dated 08.06.2023 passed by this Court.
