ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.05.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act and Section 92(a) of the Right of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, in crime No.182 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner abused the defacto complainant and one Saranya in filthy language and also criminally intimidated 1/3

them. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 28.05.2024, hence he may be released on bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the investigation is yet to be completed and the District Magistrate / District Collector, Dindigul, has passed the detention order in No.71/2024 on 04.07.2024, under the Goondas Act. Hence, he strongly opposed to grant bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
