This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal, preferred by the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.408/2014/A1.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for R1 & R2. Notice to R3 is dispensed with, as the opportunity of hearing will be given to R3 by the 1st respondent before disposing of the appeal.
3. The case of the petitioner is that he had applied for computer patta on 19.12.2013 and later came to know that the same was transferred to the 3rd respondent unilaterally without any notice to him. Hence, he filed an appeal before the 1st respondent for conducting proper enquiry to change the patta in his name and it has been kept pending for the last three years. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner is before this Court for early disposal of the appeal.
