Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 5 herein to enter the Petitioners name in the Service Book of her husband, the 5th respondent herein as the person legally entitled to receive the Family Pension and other benefits on the death of the Petitioners husband.

ORDER : This Writ Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.SC.HEROLD SINGH, Advocate for the petitioner and none appeared either in person or through by an advocate on behalf of the Respondents 1 to 3, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 134 days in filing the Review application.

2. This petition is allowed on payment of Rs.500/-to the Siddha Clinic.

3. Registry is directed to number the review application, if it is otherwise in order.
