2. Despite service, the respondent/husband is not appearing either in person or through counsel, duly instructed. 3.Transfer is sought for only on the ground of convenience of the wife. The wife is a resident of Mudukulathur Taluk, Ramnad District.

4.Considering the convenience of the wife, H.M.O.P.No.194 of 2019, is withdrawn from the file of the III Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai to the file of Sub Court, Mudukulathoor, Ramnad District, to be disposed of in accordance with law.
