Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for R1 to R3. 2.The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the second respondent police.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that Crime No.1189 of 2020 has been registered on the file of the Kannivadi Police Station. It is for the petitioner to work out his rights in the manner known to law.
