This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 3 and 4 herein not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry/investigation and act in accordance with law. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and the fifth respondent are husband and wife, due to matrimonial dispute, they were living separately for several years and the petitioner has filed HMOP No.122 of 2021 before the Principal Sub-Court, Srivilliputtur seeking Divorce and he also filed G.W.O.P.No.53 of 2021 before the very same Court for appointing guardian to the child.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the fifth respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.256 of 2021 by the fourth respondent and during the course of equiry, it was found that it is a family dispute.

4.The petitioner was given a under taking to hand over the child to the fifth respondent. Therefore, the case came to be closed on 12.07.2021.

5. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter.
