Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct an inquiry under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, and also direct to make an investigation and inspection, as per Section 82 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act and direct the fourth respondent, the Financing Bank to inspect the fifth respondent Society and if any malpractices are found during the inspection they may submit their report to the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate criminal proceedings as well as surcharge proceedings against the officials of the fifth respondent society under Section 88 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act.
