ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the relief of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to furnish the typed set of witnesses documents of the Corporation side for the purpose of cross examine and enquiry report and dispose the appeal in speedy manner based on the petitioner representation dated 25.04.2018 and 24.02.2021.

2.According to the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the respondent Corporation has passed the final order on 02.06.2018 and the said order has been given effect to from February, 2019 itself.
