ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to sponsor the petitioner's name for any of the Government Job, as per the letter of the second respondent, dated 15.10.2015 in A1/640/2015 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.However, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the authorities concerned, since the representation is of the year 2015, for which, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned with a fresh representation, seeking to sponsor his name for Government Job within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On filing such representation, the same shall be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

considered and appropriate orders be passed by the authorities concerned, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs.
