ORDER

(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard both sides.

2.Though the building owner had not demolished the earlier structure in full, we are willing to overlook the said lapse because two of the shops are being occupied by Government departments ie., the Civil Supplies Department and the Postal Department. A marriage hall had earlier been illegally put up. That has been completely demolished. As per the revised building plan, the petitioner is entitled to run four shops. 3.The Municipal Commissioner shall ensure that only four shops are allowed to run in the petition mentioned premises. If there are shops in excess, they shall be locked and sealed.
