Respondent/Respondent Prayer :- This Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of Code of Civil Procedure, praying this Honourable Court to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.36 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Thanjavur renumbered as H.M.O.P.No.14 of 2019 on the file of the Honourable Family Court, Thanjavur and transfer the same to any other competent Court, Thanjavur District to try the same. ORDER:- This Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof, the earlier order dated 16.02.2021 passed in this petition and the Letter in D.No.345/2021 dated 29.06.2021, received from The Judge, Family Court, Thanjavur and in the presence of Mr.S.Jayachandran, Advocate for the Petitioner this Court made the following Order: The matter is placed before this Court on the letter received from the Court below seeking extension of time for disposal of I.A.Nos.9,10 and 11 of 2019 in H.M.O.P.No.14 of 2019.

2. The learned Judge, Family Court, Thanjavur had sought for extension of two months and considering the prevailing pandemic situation, this Court feels it appropriate to extend the time by two months and accordingly, it is extended by two months from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry.
