ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for forbearing the respondent police from harassing the petitioners. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it transpired that the complaint given by the fourth respondent was enquired into and closed. However, the petition given by the petitioners was not acted upon by the third respondent. On the other hand, it is stated that the respondent police are putting pressure on the petitioners to sell some other property instead of the property covered by the sale agreement said to have been made between the petitioners and the fourth respondent.

2.It is made clear that the respondent police will not put any such pressure on the petitioners herein. Since the petitioners are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl O.P.(MD)No.11900 of 2021 having certain misgivings against the third respondent, the second respondent is directed to enquire into the petitioners' complaint. If the same makes out any cognizable offence, FIR will have to be registered against the fourth respondent. If the second respondent does not propose to register FIR, the outcome of the same will be duly intimated to the petitioners in writing so that the petitioners can pursue their remedies available under law. 3.This criminal original petition is allowed.
