O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents 4 and 5 are the son and mother of the petitioner, respectively. The fourth respondent is a drug addict and for having drug, he insisted the petitioner to give money and quarrelled with the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation for police protection, dated 03.06.2024 to the first respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence, she filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner is pending Page No. 2 of 5

with the second respondent, which is under enquiry and they will conduct the enquiry and dispose of the same within 15 days.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents 4 and 5 would submit that the petitioner lodged a false complaint against the respondents 4 and

5. Hence, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

5. Since the representation of the petitioner is under consideration by the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.06.2024 and dispose of the same within a period 15 days from the date of this order after affording opportunity to both the parties in accordance with law.

6. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
