O R D E R

This petition is filed to issue a direction directing the respondent to complete the investigation in respect of Crime No.1390 of 2020 dated 20.09.2020 and to file a final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.1390 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC and r/w Section 4 of TNPHW Act.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report is ready and yet to be filed before the concerned Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file Final Report before the concerned Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing the Final Report, compliance Report must be submitted to the Registry of this Court.
