2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.4161 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3335 of 2022 on 07.04.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court once in two months at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
