ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 506(i) and 34 of I.P.C in Crime No.1 of 2019, seek anticipatory bail.

2. This is a second anticipatory bail petition. The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.3947 of 2020 was dismissed on 09.03.2020.

3. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to state the change of circumstance, which entitles the petitioner for moving this anticipatory bail Petition.
