(MD) No. 205 of 2022 vide its order dated. 14.03.2022. Prayer in Crl.A(MD)No.205 of 2022:- This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14(A) (2) of SC/ST(POA) Act 1989 to set aside the order passed in Cr.m.p.No.505 of 2022 dated 08/03/2022 by the Principal Sessions Judge cum PCR Court, Karur and pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with the case in Crime No.182 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the 2nd respondent police.
ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.Balasubramanian, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.B.Nambiselvan, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5221 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD) No.205 of 2022, dated 25.04.2022.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
4. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioner, the condition is fully relaxed.
5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
