O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb and his property of the petitioner on the representation made by the petitioner to the second respondent on 10.11.2018.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is running a Mutton Shop in T.S.No.903/28-17 to an extent of 1.30 cents and the property was assigned to the petitioner in the year 2005. However, the third respondent is unnecessarily interfering and harassing the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.270 of 2018 and would submit that if it reveals any cognizable offence made out against the third respondent, the respondent police shall take suitable action. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
