To call for the entire records pertaining to the judgment and conviction imposed by the Special Court under the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest Depositors(In Financial Establishment) Act, 1997, Madurai) in C.C.No.6 of 2011 vide judgment dated 04.03.2022 and set aside the same by acquitting the appellants. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANAND.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.NAMBI SELVAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5498 of 2022, dated 28.04.2022 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3509 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD) No.218 of 2022, dated 24.03.2022.

CRL MP(MD) No.7810 of 2022 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the order of this Court till now. 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5498 of 2022, dated 28.04.2022 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3509 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD)No.218 of 2022, dated 24.03.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a month i.e., on first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
