ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed under the Tamil Nadu Patta Passbook Act.

2. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal, dated 21.10.2024, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
