The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli for speedy disposal of H.M.O.P.No.277 of 2019, on its file within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner is the husband and he has filed H.M.O.P.No.277 of 2019, seeking for dissolution of marriage under Section 13(1)(i-a)(i-b) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. He would further submit that the respondent/wife entered appearance on 15.11.2019 and filed counter affidavit only on 22.02.2021. Thereafter, on 05.04.2021 the matter was referred to mediation the same is pending for mediation proceedings. Further the H.M.O.P. No.277 of 2019 filed by the Petitioner is pending without any progress for the last two yeas. Hence, the Petitioner has filed the above Civil Revision Petition for the relief stated supra.
3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the H.M.O.P.No.277 of 2019 filed by the Petitioner is pending for the last two years, this Court directs the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli to dispose of H.M.O.P. No.277 of 2019 on its file on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
