disposal.

3.This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the request made by the petitioner for issuance of community certificate for his son. 4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that as per the G.O.(Ms)No.147, Revenue (RA-3(2) Department, dated 17.03.2016 the competent authority is Zonal Deputy Tahsildar.

5.In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Vadipatti. As and when the said request is made, the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Vadipatti is directed to dispose of the same, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
