This Criminal Appeal filed under section 14-A(2) of the S.C and S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities Amendment Act to call for the records and set aside the order dated 18.04.2023 made in Cr.M.P.No.310 of 2023 on the file of the Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act Tuticorin and enlarge the appellant on bail. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and 1/3

upon hearing the arguments of Thiru. Althaf Sheriff, for M/s.Ajmal Associates for the Petitioner and of Thiru.A.Albert James, Government Advocate for the respondents one and two, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.333 of 2023 dated 21.04.2023.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 26.04.2023 till today, without fail.

3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
