This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take suitable action against the seventh respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 09.08.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 would submit that based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.08.2021, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 04.10.2021.

3.In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
