O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction to survey and fix boundary stone in land in S.No. 689/2A measuring 28.50 ares at Kumarapuram Village, Aralvaimozhi, Thovalai Taluk, Kanyakumari District. The petitioner had a given a representation, dated 27.02.2023.

2.Heard Mr.M.Ramu, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.S.Nedunzhezian, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate, who had entered appearance on behalf of the respondents, stated that patta stands in the name of the petitioner.

4.A direction is given to the respondents to issue notice to the petitioner, examine the representation given by the petitioner and if there are no objections raised by anybody, proceed to conduct survey as sought 2/4

in the representation given by the petitioner. The entire exercise may be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
