ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondent to provide him adequate police protection so as to enable him to cut the trees in his land. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) accepts notice for the respondent and on instructions, would contend that the representation, dated 05.10.2020 submitted by the petitioner is posted for enquiry.

3.In the facts and circumstances, the respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2020, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observation, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
