Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ or direction or order in the nature of Writ , to directing the respondents nos.5 and 6 to remove the encroachments in survey no.826/2, Kamachiyamman Kovil Street , Balasamuthiram , Dindigul District on the basis of the Communication letter in Na.Ka.No.786/2020/Aa1, dated on 03/07/2020 issued by the Respondent No.2 in accordance with law with time stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the above case and thus render justice.
