Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st, 3rd and 4th respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2023 and consequently directing the 1st, 3rd and 4th respondents to promote the petitioner as P.G.Teacher in English in the place of Mrs.Agnes Kanaga Selvi who retired on 31.03.2020.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2023 and pass appropriate orders.

3. During the course of hearing, Mr.Amjad Khan, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the representations submitted by the petitioner to the fifth respondent school Management and such the official respondents have no role in this case.

4. Learned Standing Counsel for the fifth respondent on instructions submits that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and his request is rejected by proceedings dated 24.03.2025 and the same has been communicated to him through registered post.

5. In view of the above factual position, already the representation of the petitioner has been considered and rejected by the fifth respondent, in our considered view, no further orders are required in the present writ petition.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. However, considering the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 24.03.2025 of the fifth respondent, if so advised.

7. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

8. There shall be no order as to costs.
