[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that pursuant to the order dated 09.06.2025, the parents of the detenue Saranya, have admitted the missing girl in Care AKPS Hospital in a three years course namely, Advance Health Assistant and they have also paid the fees of Rs.7,000/-. 2.

Recording the abovesaid compliance, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. The District Collector, Virudhunagar, shall provide assistance to the detenue to pursue her higher education whenever it is necessary. [A.D.J.C., J.] [R.P., J.] 25.06.2025 NCC :
