ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first and second respondents to provide adequate armed police protection to the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members considering the petitioners representation, dated 09.10.2020.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint, dated 09.10.2020 seeking for police protection and it is pending on the file of the second respondent for enquiry.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11741 of 2020 3.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and dispose of the same, after affording an opportunity of hearing to them and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
